Start Your First Visit With Confidence

If you are new to Inland Valley Integrative Health, this page is here to help you understand what to expect before you arrive. We welcome new patients from Temecula and the surrounding area who are dealing with back pain, neck pain, disc injuries, sciatica, headaches and migraines, chronic pain, whiplash, work injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, and other mobility concerns.

Many of our patients come in feeling frustrated, skeptical, or unsure of where to start. Our job is to make that process clear. We begin by listening carefully, understanding the main problem, identifying what is affecting your daily life, and explaining our findings in a way that makes sense.

Our approach is professional, precise, and personalized. We do not treat people like numbers, and we do not push one-size-fits-all care. We take the time to evaluate what is going on, explain what we see, and build a treatment plan around your condition, your goals, and your clinical findings.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment is designed to give you clarity. We want you to leave understanding what is going on, what we recommend, and what the next step should be.

Step 1: Paperwork and Intake

You will begin by completing your paperwork and checking in with our team. This gives us the background we need to understand your health history, current symptoms, and the reason for your visit.

Step 2: Consultation With Dr. Dirk Hamilton

Next, you will meet with Dr. Dirk Hamilton for a consultation focused on your main problem and the activities it is affecting. This is an important part of the visit because it helps us understand not just where you hurt, but how the issue is impacting your day-to-day life.

Step 3: Detailed Examination and X-Ray (if necessary)

After the consultation, we perform a detailed examination followed by X-ray evaluation if necessary. This allows us to gather clinical findings, better understand the problem, and make more informed treatment recommendations.

Is Chiropractic Care Right for You?

Chiropractic care may be a good fit if you are dealing with pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, injury-related symptoms, or recurring problems that interfere with daily life. At Inland Valley Integrative Health, our care is focused on musculoskeletal and neurological concerns that affect how your body moves and functions.

Patients commonly come to us for back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches and migraines, disc injuries, whiplash, chronic pain, work injuries, and post-accident concerns. We also see office workers, athletes, parents, and patients whose symptoms have been present for longer than they expected.

Our approach is evidence-based and personalized. We listen carefully, identify the underlying issue as clearly as possible, and recommend care based on your condition, your goals, and your clinical findings. Some patients begin treatment right away. In other cases, further evaluation, imaging review, or a different care pathway may be the most appropriate next step. If that is the case, we explain it clearly.

If you are not sure whether this type of care is right for your situation, that is exactly what the first visit is for. We can evaluate your case, answer your questions, and help you understand whether chiropractic care is the right next step.

In the normal first-visit flow, treatment begins after your consultation, examination, X-ray review, report of findings, and care plan discussion. We want you to understand the plan before treatment moves forward.

Yes. We have a New Patient Online Form and Personal Injury Paperwork that can be completed online from home or the office.
